Your devices
A removed device stops getting notifications until you next open Async Games on it. Devices you haven't used for 90 days are forgotten automatically.
Account
Deleting your account is permanent. Your games — finished and in progress — invitations, results, reactions and friend connections are removed for everyone in them, along with your sign-in details and every device you registered for notifications.
